Post-acquisition by Legence, the consolidation boosts both entities’ geographical spread, engineering bandwidth, and capacity to offer high-performance design and energy-efficient solutions to clients.

Joining forces with KLOK Group marks a monumental stride for CMTA’s expansion into the Denver market and the broader Rocky Mountains region. This move comes after CMTA joined Legence in 2021 to pioneer the inaugural Energy Transition Accelerator™ and spearhead the vanguard of end-to-end suppliers for energy and sustainability services in high-performance structures.
