Warner Mechanical Corporation, originally known as Warner Plumbing & Heating, was established in the 1930s by Herbert “Bert” Warner in Fremont, Ohio. Bent on crafting a stellar regional standing, Bert contributed significantly to Fremont’s infrastructure development, laying the groundwork for the company’s future success. Remaining in Fremont to this day, Warner Mechanical carries on the legacy begun by Bert and strengthened by his descendants.

Herbert Warner Jr. assumed ownership following his father’s retirement after returning from military duty in 1948. His military background shaped the company culture, fostering discipline and structure. During his era, Herbert formally incorporated Warner Plumbing & Heating on September 2, 1959, capitalizing on exclusive advantages to drive expansion.

Scott and Jim, Herbert’s sons, spearheaded the corporation in 1989, drawing on their respective skillsets to propel Warner Mechanical forward. Scott’s hands-on experience and Jim’s financial acumen melded to form the basis of today’s Warner Mechanical Corporation.

Spanning four generations, the Warner family maintained a powerful presence at the Fremont-based firm. Thriving under their direction, Warner Mechanical has stretched its influence beyond Fremont into neighboring northwest Ohio. Coupling historical expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and piping with adaptability, the company aims to fortify the area’s infrastructure.

Trent Bloomfield currently presides over Warner Mechanical Corporation as CEO, steering the organization ahead while honoring the Warner family’s foundational contributions.
